Real estate experience is preferred. The Sales Director is responsible for recruiting, retaining, coaching, developing, and leading our team of 40+ real estate brokers.
This person must be self-motivated, hands-on, able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Recruiting - Retain as well as continue to grow a successful sales team with professional development that leads to career proficiency and individual motivation.
Lead by coaching, training, supervising and holding brokers and staff accountable to the company business plan, mission, loyalty, values, and brand identity
Handle any issues related to the execution of real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with all Real Estate Laws
Develop an operational plan and the proposed strategy for accomplishment
Manage day to day operations and problem solving, following procedures for risk reduction and prevention
Complete & analyze market area reports and trends, transactions, economic conditions, and available broker population
Implement and manage various programs established by the company to achieve objectives.
Inspire loyalty and commitment to workforce diversity, quality performance and compliance with organizational directives
Motivate & support professionalism and team members' drive to succeed
Identify digital & technology resources / Lead weekly sales meetings
Real Estate Experience required / Real Estate License preferred
Sales Management Experience required
Benefits package + compensation base salary plus commission
Will be held accountable for benchmarks of RBI and ABI
