Full Time Maintenance Staff 40 hours per week with benefits

Job Summary: Under general direction of the Town Manager, and/or supervisor by the Town Manager - The job will require performing a variety of maintenance duties to include: general construction, maintenance, and repair activities in connection with streets, utilities, water and sewer line installation and repair, municipal grounds, buildings and heavy equipment maintenance and operation. Also, to include: park maintenance during the summer, working with and running weed eaters, mowers, sprinkler systems, bathroom maintenance, trash pickup and a variety of other physical duties in the Town’s parks. Applicant must have the ability to obtain water and wastewater plant operator certification for Town Operated facilities and to obtain a CDL driver’s license.

Salary: Hourly – Range $27,000 – $35,000 Annual - DOE
