Position Summary: Responsible for assisting in processing applicants for housing in the low-rent programs and in performing a variety of clerical tasks related to the admission and continued occupancy of residents. Primarily responsible for interviewing that must be conducted for applications, community services, orientation interviews. Responsible for the Agency receiving at least a satisfactory rating concerning HUD required evaluation systems. The duties listed below are illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements regarding duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment in association with this position.

Qualifications and Knowledge: High school diploma or GED equivalence required and one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in administration, social service or interviewing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the ability to fulfill the essential job duties of the position. Must have a valid Driver’s License, remain insurable, successfully pass a pre-employment drug test, and submit to random drug testing per the Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace Policy.
