Responsible for managing the contract life cycle, including timeliness of renewals, execution of new contracts, changes, modifications, and enforcement of performance clauses. BA or AA in a relevant analytical field, OR HS diploma or equivalent; AND 10-15 yrs exp in contract management or legal support related role.
