Senior Programs Manager
San Juan Basin Public Health (SJBPH) is hiring a Senior Programs Manager for the COVID-19 - Communicable Disease Division. This position will lead and supervise the Disease Investigation and Control (DIC) team and manage the daily operations, including oversight of complex and/or high-risk cases. The incumbent will work with the team to implement new or changing guidance from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and/or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), act as a liaison between the SJBPH contact tracing team and CDPHE, and assist the COVID-19 division director with daily operations. The qualifications for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, social work, human services, or related field and five years of human services or public health programs related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation are required. This position is scheduled to close 9/3/2021, or until an adequate pool is reached. The hiring range for this position is to $29.10 to $36.38 an hour.
