Now Hiring: Alarm Technician & Apprentice Alarm Technician Responsibilities: • Install, program, and service alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and fire alarms. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely repairs. • Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades. • Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations. • Provide excellent customer service and support. Apprentice Responsibilities: • Assist technicians with installations and repairs. • Learn industry standards, wiring, and system programming. • Maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness. • Gain hands-on experience with industry leading technology. • Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Technician: • Experience with alarm/security system installation and maintenance. • Strong knowledge of low-voltage wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with brands such as DSC, Honeywell, Fire-Lite, or Hanwha (preferred) • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Strong understanding of industry regulations, including NEC and local building codes. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Must provide own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to pass a background check. Apprentice: • No experience necessary-willing to train the right candidate Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus. • Ability to use hand and power tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
