Part-Time Office Assistant
Phillips Electric is seeking an experienced office assistant with basic bookkeeping skills, 20-25 hrs per week.
Job duties include but are not limited to; handling incoming phone calls and other outside communications, emails, basic bookkeeping duties etc.
Candidate must have previous experience in construction office, basic QuickBooks, Office 365
knowledge & the ability to provide personalized competent service to clients.
