The FCC is the primary administrative contact and resource for Open Sky families, education consultants, other professionals, therapists, admissions counselors, and Open Sky staff. The FCC facilitates effective communication, scheduling, record keeping, and compliance throughout each student’s stay at Open Sky. This includes supporting the admissions team with processing accurate and complete enrollment information, updating student and family data in Salesforce, and supporting all aspects of the student intake process. This position supports the administrative needs of the clinical and Family Services teams, including scheduling, communicating with family members and healthcare professionals, coordinating psychological testing, processing releases, and other documents, and filing and tracking clinical paperwork required by state licensure. The FCC also answers the main phone line and supports general office clerical duties. Additional duties will include supporting student transport as needed. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements Education/Training, Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
Skills, Licenses, Certifications: Pass annual physical. Have, at hire, CPR certification (within the last year). Have clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening. Complete DMV release for inquiry and review of driving record. Pass Colorado and Utah background checks. Review and sign annual Utah Provider Code of Conduct.
Physical Demands: Must be able to hear and talk with other people in person and using phone and radio. Must be able to use office technology including a computer and related equipment. This position sometimes requires strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, walking on uneven terrain, hiking up to 15 miles per day, carrying a 55+ pound backpack, and hiking at high altitude (above 5000 feet). Employee must be able to perform these activities despite severe temperatures and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to run at a fast pace for short to extended periods in pursuit of another and must be able to apply therapeutic holds. Work Environment Work is performed in office and outdoor settings with frequent interaction with other people. Employee may be exposed to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, noise, and vibration, and employee may be exposed to infectious diseases. Work involves functioning in narrow aisles or passageways. Employee will be working with students who have acute mental, emotional, and behavioral healthcare needs. Employee may drive and ride in Open Sky vehicles in support of program activities.
