Department Supervisors

The Glenny Glass Company, founded in 1851 is an independent wholesale distributor of Architectural glass, tempered glass, insulated glass, flat glass products and specialty laminated glass.  Our location in Milford Ohio has state of the art glass tempering furnaces, automated insulated glass lines, CNC machines, glass cutting lines and machinery to polish, bevel and miter flat glass.

We are seeking hands on, energetic, common sense- oriented Department Supervisors for 1^st and 2^nd shifts.

Prefer 1 to 5 years of experience in a supervisorial position at a manufacturing facility.

A majority of your time will be on the production floor as a “working supervisor” averaging 8- 10 hours per day.

Teamwork and communication are key to being successful.
