Coordinator of Outreach & Donor Relations

The Coordinator of Outreach & Donor Relation supports stewardship and recognition programs, fostering a culture of appreciation, recognition, and the ongoing engagement of Fort Lewis College Foundation’s donors. Reporting to the Director of Outreach and Donor Relations, this person will carry out, develop, and implement impactful donor stewardship efforts and consistent gift documentation. They will create and support processes that promote transparency and facilitate both donor intent and FLC’s priorities during fund distribution. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
• Working knowledge of fundraising strategies;
• Working knowledge of the higher education landscape;
• Extraordinary attention to detail;
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience creating and implementing standard operating procedures/protocols;
• Strong active listening skills and ability to evaluate conversations
