Deer Hill Expeditions is seeking an Admissions Manager. $40k-$45k depending on experience. Full time. Year Round. Open until filled. 

The admissions Manager supports families and groups through the process of enrolling and preparing for all programs with Deer Hill. They respond to inquiries, screen for an appropriate fit, document communications, manager medical and legal files, and prepare program staff with relevant participant and group information. This position manages follow up correspondence with alumni, and works to expand Deer Hill's reach to new participants in key market areas by creating and developing relationships with outreach partners and supporting organizations.

Additional Position Details: - Manager admissions process for all programs (summer expeditions, group programs, Deer Hill Foundation, Partner Program/Organizations, etc) - Lead participants (families, school organizations, etc) through admissions/screening process - Support Deer Hill Foundation applicants, parents and mentors through the scholarship application and preparation process. - Co-manage CRM database (contact information, relationships, events, tags and groups) - Manager and update website (as pertaining to admissions) - Partner Programs Liaison - Reception, customer care, and administrative tasks - Outreach and sales support

Required Qualifications: - Passionate about outdoor adventure and education - An ability to relate well to teenagers, parents and school administrators - Excellent verbal and written communications skills via phone, text, video & email - Commitment to the success of the program and participants - Skilled with Apple computers, Google Drive, Slack, CRM Databases, WordPress and phone management

Desired Qualifications: - Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude and strong listening skills - Ability to adapt in a growing and fast paced environment - Proven success in admissions experience - Well organized with high attention to details - Ability to follow established processes, scripts, presentations and policies.
