HVAC Tech (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Technician)

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled and experienced HVAC-R Technician to join our dynamic team. This position will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, performing both service and installation tasks. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction during their interactions. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be required to explain technical aspects clearly to clients who may not have a background in HVAC.

The role requires physical capability, as you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential to meet the demands of this job, as you will travel to different job locations regularly, a company vehicle will be provided. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to consider motivated candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Compensation for this position will be determined based on experience.
