Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office and Marketing Specialist to oversee our day-to-day office operations and help with our marketing initiatives. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to implementing strategic marketing campaigns on social media, email, and print. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. This is a full-time or part time position based in Durango, Colorado.
Responsibilities: 1. Office Management: • Maintain office efficiency by implementing office systems, procedures, and policies. • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and proper func,onality. • Oversee facilities management, including office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships. • Manage lunch and learn sessions and sales mee,ngs to include zoom video conferencing. 2. Marketing Implementation: • Collaborate with the executive, team to implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all lis,ngs and sales, farm mailings, social media posts, and creating marketing magazines. • Tracking expenses and report billing items to billing department. • Manage email and postal marketing campaigns. • Update front window marketing displays daily/weekly/monthly. • Ensure agents have all marketing material needed for open houses. 3. Branding and Communication: • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Qualifications: • Proficient in using marke,ng tools and soYware, including CRM systems, email programs, and working knowledge of excel. • Excellent wriZen and verbal communica,on skills. • Excep,onal organiza,onal and mul,tasking abili,es. • AZen,on to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priori,es.
