Elementary Teacher

Battle Rock Charter School is looking for a person to join our team of educators. Applicants should be curious, collaborative, and self-directed. This team teaching position would be ideal for anyone training or interested in training to become a teacher. Classrooms at Battle Rock are multi-age and we provide differentiated instruction for every learner. Our experiential and place-based learning model provides opportunities for teachers to employ creativity and innovation in their instruction. We offer enrichment programming classes weekly as well as educational field trips to special places in the Four Corners. We work hard to build relationships with students, families and staff members. To better serve our students and their families, lessons and regular practice in Restorative Justice are fundamental to our curriculum. We use a Shared Leadership model when making decisions.
