Description Administrative Office Assistant Durango, CO, USA Ballantine Communications Inc. is looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. If you thrive in a supporting role, possess amazing time management and organization skills, all while being able to be proactive and make an immediate impact with our organization. This position may be part-time or full-time for the right candidate. You will work closely with our management team as support for their daily tasks and should be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Essential Responsibilities: • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary • Work closely with the senior managers to coordinate management with preparation of presentation materials

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency • Strong written and verbal communication (spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and writing are essential to excelling in this role) • Customer Service Oriented • Demonstrates a high attention to detail • 2-3 years experience supporting at the executive level • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings and travel arrangements • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace • Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands • Superior organization and filing experience

Strongly Prefer: • Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment • Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes Training and Education: • Associate's degree in business or related field • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Pay: $17 hour
